La Paz Waterfall Gardens

Welcome to our Costa Rican adventure. We are a group of twelve friends that are spending time exploring the lovely country of Costa Rica. In this episode we are visiting La Paz Waterfall Gardens. This stop is on the way from San Jose to the town of Arenal. This location has not only five beautiful and accessible waterfalls but also an animal sanctuary on site that has sloths, parrots, toucans, monkeys, hummingbirds and leopards. The park is within a rainforest environment with easy hiking paths that everyone in the family can participate in. It is a great place to break up the trip as you head to Arenal.
